Commissioned as an anniversary gift for Mr. Taylor.

A composite done from several of the photos I was able to take while Ms. Taylor spirited her husband off for a winter vacation in the tropics.

She said to 'just go down to the pharmacy and take all the photos you want'.
I said 'no way am I going to pop into a pharmacy in this county and just start snapping photos!  Who is my contact person?  I don't want to get to know your local sheriff.'

I loved doing this interior.  I don't think I'd done an interior since art school when I would crawl into the work area of a local laundry and draw all the machinery and clothing racks.

All the little packages contesting with one another's commercial advertising loudly shouting out "pick me".  I completely steered clear of all labels.  I was more interested in the layout of the space, the strict perspective and all those little bottles.  I did senior portfolio course of 21 drawings of glass bottles executed in differing projection systems.  Even so I was most delighted in adequately rendering the fluorescent lighting.

The smaller watercolor of the exterior was a freebie just to complete the ensemble.  It's Sunday - this pharmacy is closed thus no human activity.
