This scene is from just off the deck of a friend's cabin in North Georgia.  It's a bold stream in which we attempt to maintain a small rapid.  We do this mainly for the beauty and the noise but it also helps to keep the trout from migrating on downstream to a lake.

The lunch gang from my old job and I try to gather here once in the winter and again in the fall.  We use it as a base camp for our meanderings along the hiking trails in North Georgia and into the Carolinas.
