The first red maple of early autumn.  The evening sun is setting over the long valley.  It creates a bit of a Barbizon effect in spotlighting the maple and its corn field against the early darkness of the mountain range.

I know well this place and its way of small farm life.
Like you, however, the fences keep me forever from entering into it.
