**What should I bring to class?
Black ink pen
Court information
Drivers License or photo ID

**What time should I arrive?
Approximately 15 minutes prior to class start time.

**What methods of payment do you accept?
Cash, Check, and Money Order at class time.
Credit Card payments are accepted in advance, since we are not set up to accept these at class time.

**Will I leave class with my certificate?
No. It is against the law. The state requires every school's course provider to issue the certificate.

**When will I receive my certificate?
About 7 - 10 days after the completion of class. If for some reason you have not received your certificate with in 15 days after class, please call and we will investigate and get a replacement if necessary.

**Do you offer a rush delivery for the certificate?
Yes. The cost is $25.00 and you should receive your certificate on the second business day after the class in most cases.

**Do you offer an online class?
Yes. Just follow the prompts from the home page starting with:  Defensive Driving Online

**Are you state approved?
Yes. We are state approved for ticket dismissal as well as insurance discounts.

**Do I have to make an appointment?
No. Walk ins are welcome as long as there is room in the class. If you have the opportunity to call ahead it is appreciated, seeing as it helps us to be better prepared knowing how many to expect.

**Do I need court approval prior to coming to class?
Yes unless the court you are dealing with states otherwise.

**Do I need to bring my driving record to class?
No. The court wants that document.

**Do I need proof of insurance?
No.
