Richland Chambers Lake is over 4ft low and water temps are in the mid 50's. Our boat ramp at Midway Landing is in good shape. Several years ago the lake was 7ft low and our ramp was still usable.
Still seeing several large Catfish on Jug and Trotlines. Many in the 35 to 25lb range. Most are baiting with perch or shad in 25 t 15ft of water. Rod&reelers are doing fair on shrimp or Danny King's Catfish Bait. As always fish windy banks or 15 to 20ft of water around timber if no wind.
Black Bass doing good on spinner Baits and Texas rigs fished around around grass and in the backs of creeks on stickups. Most in 3 to 6ft of water. Get new or old fishing products here .
Some Duck hunters are doing real good others not so good. This is mainly do to our crazy weather lately.
Sand Bass and Hybirds have been doing fairly good with a lot moving to humps and points in 20 to 28ft of water. Slabs and spoons have been doing best. Watch for the birds marking them.

For those of you who want High Speed internet service but can't get it we feel your pain. Our local Phone Company Valor Telecom keeps telling us we'll have it soon. FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS! Because of our slow upload time on dialup it's hard for us to relist Barbie and Shirley Temple Dolls after the ones we have up are sold in a timely manner. We have to put up new photos of each doll because we want you to see the actual doll, be it Barbie or Shirley Temple, you are buying.
Sales have been brisk the last 3 weeks With most going for the Shirley Temple Stand up and Cheer or Littlest Rebel. On the Barbie side its been the Birthstone Barbie .
We mainly deal with Shirley Temple dolls dated the 70's through the present. However we recently had a few Ideal Shirley Temples from 1950 thru 1957. They sold quick! We hope to be getting more soon.
By the way for those who might suggest satellite Internet, the download time is fast but the upload time is not much faster than dialup and its expensive.

Are the Fishing Hot Spots CD-ROM s about to be discontinued? Rumor is they are. Since Wal-Mart has them on clearance it makes me wonder. The Black Bass are still bitting but the better size ones we were seeing have been replaced by smaller ones (2 to 3lbs). Still fairley shallow around grass and boat houses (At least the ones that still have water around them).
Some fair Catches of Catfish are coming in on jug lines baited with perch or shad in 13 to 28ft of water but we need cooler water to start seeing the bigger ones in better numbers. Rod&reelers doing good on Danny Kings Catfish bait, Shad or shrimp.
Sand Bass and Hybirds doing good off and on. They are trying to bunch up on deep humps but just like the catfish we need cooler water. Chartruse slabs have been doing best the last 4 days.

Richland Chambers Lake level is right at 4ft low. Water Temps have come back up to the mid 70's. Hybirds have been doing fair with a lot in the 3 to 4lb range being caught on chartruse slabs in 20 to 30ft of water. Black Bass good back up creeks and around grass 4 to 8ft deep on top waters early and spinner baits or rattling baits up in the day. No real good color pattern at this time. Catfish fair on juglines baited with shad or shrimp. Catfish on rod&reel fair on Danny King's Catfish Bait or shad. Thanks, Larry&Janeen

We had almost 1 inch of rain yesterday but Richland Chambers Lake is still pushing 4ft low. Good catfish are still showing up on jug lines baited with perch or shad in 15 to 25ft of water. Had a couple of bluecats over 30lbs and several over 20lbs. Rod & reelers still doing good on windy banks 2 to 4ft deep with shrimp, shad or Danny King's Catfish bait. If no wind just fish around the timber 10 to 20ft deep using those same baits. Black Bass are still doing great. Just fish fairly Shallow 2 to 4ft deep in the creeks and around grass. Spinner Baits and soft plastic jerk baits fished fairly fast are producing some good numbers. Sand bass has been fair for most with some starting to find them bunching around humps in 20 to 28ft of water being caught on slabs.
